Al Ghazala Energy Company Limited is a Saudi Arabia-based project company (SPV) that owns and operates the Shuqaiq 2 Independent Water and Power Project (IWPP). This facility provides 850 MW of thermal power and 225,000 cubic meters per day of desalinated water to the western region of Saudi Arabia.
