The International Development Association's Private Sector Window (IDA PSW) is a $2.5 billion blended finance facility, established under IDA18, that has supported over $10 billion in private investment across IDA-eligible countries, particularly fragile and conflict-affected situations. It provides concessional financing and risk mitigation to IFC and MIGA to catalyze private sector projects in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, and services.
