Saudi Electricity Company Project Development Company (PDC) is the project development arm of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), responsible for developing independent power projects (IPPs) and independent water and power projects (IWPPs) in Saudi Arabia. It acts as an off-taker and developer for large-scale utility and energy transition projects, supporting SEC's 60+ GW generation capacity.
