ACOMO N.V. completed the acquisition of Cublend, a Bleiswijk-based producer of powder mixes for the food industry, integrating it into Acomo's Food Solutions segment. The deal, announced on July 21, 2026, is expected to increase the segment's revenue by approximately 70%. Cublend specializes in flavor systems, functional ingredient blends, and customized formulations for categories including meals, sauces, soups, meat, poultry, fish, vegetarian products, snacks, chips, and nuts. The acquisition brings advanced blending technology, in-house R&D, and highly automated production to Acomo's platform, accelerating product development and shortening time-to-market. Acomo CEO Allard Goldschmeding stated the addition aligns with the company's strategy of 'Building routes to healthier foods,' while Cublend Managing Director Carlo van Eijmeren emphasized the preservation of the company's identity within the group.
