Actis acquires 90% stake in Singapore’s 800 Super for waste management and circular economy expansion

Acquisition Water Waste announced Singapore Mar 23, 2026

Actis, through its Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2), completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in 800 Super, an integrated environmental management company in Singapore, alongside founder and CEO William Lee. The transaction, undisclosed in value, expands ALLIF2’s portfolio to approximately 70% deployed, aligning with its mandate to invest in high-quality, critical infrastructure assets with long-term contracted revenues. 800 Super specializes in waste management, waste treatment, public cleaning, recycling, and resource recovery, serving both public and private sectors in Singapore with multi-year contracts primarily with the government. The company operates as the sector’s only major player embedded across the circular economy value chain in Singapore and is one of three licensed providers of municipal solid waste and integrated public cleaning services nationally. The acquisition supports Singapore’s 2030 Zero Waste Masterplan, positioning 800 Super to capitalize on the country’s push for circular economy adoption.
