Advait Battery Ecosystems and Adaptive Engineering partner to establish integrated BESS manufacturing and solutions platform in India

Advait Battery Ecosystems, a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions, has partnered with Adaptive Engineering to jointly establish, develop, and commercialize an integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS) manufacturing and solutions platform in India. The collaboration aims to combine manufacturing, engineering, system integration, and lifecycle optimization capabilities to serve India’s rapidly growing utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage market. Advait Battery Ecosystems will lead infrastructure development, manufacturing, capital investment, commercial engagement, and business development for the BESS platform, targeting commissioning of the facility by November 2026. Adaptive Engineering will contribute its expertise in engineering design, PLC, SCADA, EMS architecture, and system integration, leveraging experience across more than 68 GW of renewable energy projects and 1.4 GWh of EMS-BESS deployments. The platform will offer integrated solutions covering cell-to-rack assembly, Energy Management Systems, system integration, and associated power conversion infrastructure, with adaptability for future technologies like hydrogen, fuel cells, and EV charging infrastructure.
