Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. signed a 12-year Virtual Power Purchase Agreement to offtake ~50% (about 158,000 MWh/year) of output from a new-to-be-built onshore wind farm in Galaţi County, Romania developed and to be constructed by OX2 and owned by HELLENiQ Renewables (a subsidiary of HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings).
