Ahold Delhaize signed a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) with OX2 AB to contract roughly 70% of the output from two new onshore wind farms (Salo-Ylikoski and Korkeamaa) in Western Finland, receiving Guarantees of Origin for ten years and bringing its projected European renewable electricity coverage from 56% to 76%.
