Airengy has initiated an examination of a €51 million hybrid renewable energy portfolio acquisition in Poland, encompassing 34 MW of solar capacity, a 24 MW/100 MWh battery storage project, and an 8 MW wind project. The company previously acquired a Polish portfolio in early 2026 totaling 34 MW of solar capacity, signaling a strategic expansion in the country's renewables market. Three solar projects—Wójtostwo, Sepienko, and Kielczewo—are included in the binding offer for a €20 million transaction, with a target commercial operation date of October 2027. Additionally, Airengy signed a non-binding memorandum for eight battery storage projects (100 MWh total) valued at up to €16 million, with grid connection dates between late 2026 and late 2027. The company also pursued an 8 MW wind project valued at €15 million, representing €1.9 million per MW.
