Akuo signs 15-year PPA with Imerys to build 195MW solar plant in Texas

Independent power producer Akuo Energy has signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with Imerys to develop the 195MW Tennyson solar PV plant in Coke County, Texas, which will supply about 57MW to Imerys (around 30% of its annual electricity) and is expected to generate ~153 GWh/year, commissioning in H2 2026.
