Allianz Global Investors, on behalf of Allianz insurance companies and the Allianz European Infrastructure Fund II, has agreed to acquire an indirect stake in Amprion, Germany's second-largest electricity grid operator, from Talanx Insurance Group. This transaction involves Talanx's stake within M31 Beteiligungsgesellschaft, which holds 74.9 percent of Amprion.
