Andalusian Housing and Rehabilitation Agency awards €5.6M contract to Ispalvia for construction of Carmona Logistics Park substation

The Andalusian Housing and Rehabilitation Agency awarded a €5.61 million contract to Ispalvia for the construction of an electrical substation at the Carmona Logistics Park in Seville, Spain. The project includes the drafting of technical plans and execution of infrastructure works with a 20-month timeline, targeting completion by early 2028. The substation will deliver 20.449 MW of power to support the second phase of the logistics park, which has already secured commitments from multinational firm Pilatus for industrial operations. Iplam Gestión Integral was separately contracted for €135,211 to provide technical assistance, project management, and health and safety coordination for the construction works. The initiative is fully financed by the Junta de Andalucía and aims to strengthen Seville's position as a European aerospace hub by attracting high-value industrial tenants.
