AnteoTech signs next-generation battery design and prototyping agreement with Airspeeder
Type: Supply Agreement · Technology: Storage · Country: Australia · Announced: 2026-09-10
Brisbane technology company AnteoTech has signed a next-generation battery design and prototyping agreement with electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) manned flying car design and racing developer, Airspeeder. This agreement positions AnteoTech as the core Next Generation Battery Development Consortium lead for Airspeeder Team Australia. AnteoTech expects the Airspeeder Team Australia eVTOL testing ground to demonstrate the value proposition and performance of its Ultranode 95 batteries, which use pure micron-sized silicon powders. The collaboration aims to improve battery cell chemistry and design for Airspeeder's eVTOLs, which are currently powered by off-the-shelf batteries. Dell Technologies, NVIDIA, and Intel are also involved in supporting simulation, digital twin, telemetry, rapid design iteration, and performance development for Airspeeder.
