Apricus Realty Capital and ABR Capital Partners acquire industrial outdoor storage facility in Houston

Apricus Realty Capital, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm specializing in industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets, acquired an 18.56-acre industrial outdoor storage property in Northwest Houston for an undisclosed sum. The facility, located at 11403 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd., includes 53,000 square feet of warehouse and service facilities alongside a large-scale pipe storage and distribution yard. The property is 100% leased to American Piping Products, a North American distributor serving energy, power generation, chemical processing, and industrial sectors. Apricus completed the acquisition in partnership with ABR Capital Partners as part of their joint venture focused on IOS assets. JLL Debt Advisory arranged debt financing for the transaction.
