Ares Secondaries funds made a minority equity investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, a fully integrated data center platform jointly owned by Sabey Corp. and National Real Estate Advisors. The platform operates six energized campuses totaling approximately 251 MW of operating capacity across the United States, with potential to triple output by 2036 on existing land holdings. The investment expands the ownership base and adds institutional capital to support future expansion, reflecting strong demand for scaled data center infrastructure driven by cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise workloads. Tim Mirick, president of Sabey Data Centers, highlighted the alignment of Sabey, National, and Ares behind the platform's growth strategy.
