Windearth Patagonia and Cale Group Holding formed Aristóbulo Solar FV in May 2024, with Windearth Patagonia holding 95% of the shares and Cale Group Holding the remaining 5%. The new entity's purpose is the construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of renewable generation facilities, specifically the Parque Solar Fotovoltaico Aristóbulo del Valle 2. This 11.8 MWp solar park, located on a 25-hectare rural property in Aristóbulo del Valle, Misiones, received its Definitive Environmental Viability approval on August 4, 2026. The project will feature 18,018 solar panels and connect to the Provincial Interconnected System via a 33 kV connection to the Aristóbulo del Valle Transformer Station. The plant is expected to reinforce power supply for Aristóbulo del Valle and Salto Encantado in central Misiones.
