ArMee Infotech Ltd was awarded EPC balance‑of‑system contracts by Bondada Engineering Ltd for the 600 MW Fatehgarh solar project in Rajasthan, valued at INR 740.97 crore. The contract covers Block‑1 (300 MW AC) worth INR 375.18 crore and Block‑3 (300 MW AC) worth INR 365.79 crore, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning and three years of O&M. The project will evacuate power through dedicated transmission infrastructure and is slated for commercial operation following commissioning. The deal expands ArMee Infotech's solar EPC portfolio and strengthens Bondada Engineering's pipeline of utility‑scale renewable assets in India. The agreement was announced on 27 August 2026.
