Baker Hughes to supply Frontier Infrastructure with gas turbines for US data center projects

Oil and gas firm Baker Hughes is supplying Frontier Infrastructure with 16 NovaLT gas turbines. These turbines are intended for several US data center projects. The gas turbines will be combined with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and synchronous condensers to manage the transients associated with AI applications. These hybrid designs offer a path to diesel-free backup while meeting grid-code requirements and internal reliability targets.
