Type: Supply Agreement · Technology: Data Center · Country: United States · Capacity: 750 MW · Announced: 2026-06-03

Bergen Engines signed a supply agreement with Crusoe to provide 750 megawatts (MW) of power generation capacity for AI data center infrastructure in the United States. The agreement includes a 438 MW contract and a 310 MW letter of intent (LOI), with Bergen supplying 27 x B36:45V20AG2 (12.5 MWe) gensets and 20 x B36:45L9AG (5 MWe) gensets as part of the initial contract. The engines will be delivered to multiple Crusoe data center locations in the U.S., phased through 2027, to support 24/7 compute workloads for AI infrastructure. Crusoe, an energy-first AI infrastructure provider, develops large-scale AI data center campuses using a mix of grid, natural gas, solar, wind, and battery storage inputs. The gensets feature alternators from Marelli Motori and integrated with SHIELD-X Dynamic Power Stabilization technology from Piller Power Systems to manage rapid changes in electricity demand from computing-intensive tasks.
