Bitech Technologies Corporation signs business combination agreement with Bridgelink Development, LLC to develop 5.8 GW of solar and BESS projects

Bitech Technologies entered a binding Letter of Agreement to combine with Bridgelink Development, transferring Bridgelink's assets into a new wholly owned subsidiary of Bitech to accelerate development of 3.84 GW of solar and 1.965 GW of battery energy storage projects across the U.S., supported by pre-negotiated financing, a share subscription for up to $250 million, a LOI for up to $100 million for a late-stage BESS project, and a minimum $50 million capital infusion at closing.
