Blueleaf Energy announced the purchase of a 40 MW operating wind farm located in Belagavi district, Karnataka. The asset has eight years of clean‑energy generation history and adds to Blueleaf’s existing 1.5 GW greenfield pipeline across India. The transaction marks Blueleaf’s first operating asset acquisition in the country and is part of its strategy to accelerate growth through targeted M&A.
