Bracchi, a leading player in specialised freight transport and logistics, acquired Rostock Trans, a German specialist in heavy and complex transport, marking a major step in Bracchi’s European expansion strategy. This transaction significantly increases Bracchi’s exposure to Special & Heavy transportation, with a particular focus on the fast-growing on-shore wind energy end-market. The acquisition strengthens Bracchi's footprint in Northern Europe and significantly expands its presence in Germany, with the combined group now exceeding €240 million in revenues and employing over 580 people. Lars Hennek, Founder & CEO of Rostock Trans, will reinvest alongside Argos and Bracchi’s management, ensuring continuity and alignment of interests.
