Bracchi acquired VIM and Greenway Logistics in a transaction announced on 2026-09-25 that establishes Bracchi in the Benelux market and creates a Northern European logistics gateway. The acquisition provides Bracchi a platform in the Venlo-Tegelen logistics area in the Netherlands to serve Northern Europe and supports international brands' access to the European market. VIM offers inbound transport, warehousing, storage, handling and outbound transport while Greenway Logistics provides parcel, express, sea freight and air freight procurement, shipment consolidation and CO2 monitoring for SMEs. The enlarged group increases Bracchi's European footprint to over €270 million in revenues, more than 700 employees and service to over 1,750 customers, and aligns with Argos Climate Action's decarbonisation objectives through renewable electricity sourcing for warehouses and prioritisation of low-emission last-mile fleets.
