Type: Acquisition · Technology: Data Center · Country: United States · Announced: 2026-07-17

BridgTRK has purchased four acres of land in the Peerless community of Rossville, Georgia, from the Northwest Georgia Joint Development Authority. The acquisition is for the construction of a small quantum-focused communications facility, described as a compact access node. This multi-million-dollar project will feature two shipping containers with a connecting canopy, totaling 1,120 sq ft (104 sqm) and up to 2MW of capacity. The facility will link BridgTRK users to EPB’s quantum computing capabilities in neighboring Chattanooga, Tennessee, and will serve BridgTRK's own communication and network needs. The property sale closed earlier in July 2026, following discussions that began in February.
