BrightNight has reached financial close for its 120 MW Frontier solar PV project located across Washington and Marion counties in Kentucky. The project is expected to enter commercial operation in autumn 2027 and will provide renewable electricity generation for Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company under a Build Transfer Agreement signed in August 2024. The financing for the project was provided by a consortium of banks including ING Capital, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, and HSBC. This milestone demonstrates BrightNight's ability to bring complex projects from concept to fully financed reality and contributes to the region's growing energy needs.
