British Solar Renewables obtained a mezzanine financing facility of up to £130 million from Eiffel Investment Group to fund its renewable platform. The capital will be deployed across a portfolio of roughly 700 MW of contracted solar PV and co‑located solar‑battery storage projects in the United Kingdom and Australia. The financing complements a prior £345 million project financing completed in 2025, providing flexible capital for investment across the project lifecycle. Eiffel’s involvement underscores its confidence in BSR’s growth strategy and the broader European energy transition. Akereos Capital advised BSR while Bracewell and TLT acted as legal counsel for the borrower and lender respectively.
