Bulgaria and the United States signed an intergovernmental agreement to cooperate on developing Bulgaria's civil nuclear program, including designing, constructing and commissioning a new AP1000 reactor of at least 1,000 MW at the Kozloduy site, plus fuel supply, waste management, regulatory cooperation and training.
