Carlyle and Diversified Energy have agreed to acquire Andarko Basin oil assets from Camino for $1.2 billion. The acquisition includes an additional 100 undeveloped inventory locations in an active development area. Diversified Energy will own in excess of 450 locations in Oklahoma following the transaction. This deal expands the operational footprint and resource base for the acquiring parties in a key oil and gas region.
