Centuria Capital Group and ResetData sign 7MW capacity agreement with CDC Data Centres and secure $165m bridge facility with Macquarie Bank
Type: Partnership · Technology: Data Center · Country: Australia · Capacity: 7 MW · Value: $165M · Announced: 2026-08-13
Centuria Capital Group (CCG) and its AI cloud subsidiary ResetData entered a Master Services Agreement with CDC Data Centres to lease 7MW of data center capacity, with an option to extend to 10MW. The agreement includes the deployment of GPUs for an initial CDC facility, with revenue generation expected to commence in the second half of 2027. Additionally, CCG and ResetData secured a $165 million bridge facility from Macquarie Bank to fund staged Nvidia GPU procurement and deployment across Centuria-owned and third-party facilities. The financing complements CCG's $300 million equity raise completed in June 2026, which was earmarked for ResetData's AI cloud business expansion. CCG also purchased 72MW of dedicated power generation units for its data center developments, with availability expected from early 2028, supporting a total planned capacity of over 250MW. The companies highlighted the deal's role in addressing customer demand for AI infrastructure by integrating power, data center capacity, GPUs, and funding within required timeframes.
