Centuria Capital Group announced a $210 million equity raise to fund the expansion of ResetData’s AI infrastructure in Australia. The capital will support the deployment of more than 10,000 GPUs across existing and pipeline AI Factories and enable a power pipeline of over 200 megawatts at the sites. ResetData, a 50‑percent owned subsidiary of Centuria, is positioned as one of three Australian NVIDIA Cloud Partners, targeting rapid scaling of its data‑center capacity. The financing strengthens Centuria’s combined real‑estate and AI portfolio, linking land assets with high‑density compute facilities to capture sovereign AI demand. The equity raise is fully underwritten, though the underwriters are not named, and the transaction is expected to be completed shortly after the announcement.
