Clean Harbors agreed to acquire environmental services provider EnviroServe from private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners for $470 million. The transaction includes a network of 40 facilities across 48 U.S. states, including 18 10-day transfer facilities that will expand Clean Harbors' recycling and disposal portfolio. The deal integrates EnviroServe's fleet of over 700 vehicles, an emergency response network, and five railcar cleaning sites, with Clean Harbors projecting $25 million in synergies within two years. EnviroServe, headquartered in Sandy, Utah, employs over 700 people and was previously acquired by One Rock via a carveout from Savage Companies in 2023. Clean Harbors expects the acquisition to add $250 million in annual revenue and $27 million in annual adjusted EBITDA.
