Cobra IS signed its fourth autoproduction agreement with a group of retail chains and the mining company Grupo Mateus for the Complexo Solar Lins in Piauí. The agreement gives the retailers and Grupo Mateus the right to purchase electricity generated by the solar complex. The Complexo Solar Lins is a solar power installation located in the state of Piauí, Brazil. The deal expands Cobra IS’s portfolio of self‑generation projects in Brazil’s northeast region. The transaction received approval from Brazil’s antitrust authority (Cade), allowing the entry of the four wholesale and supermarket networks into the project. No financial terms were disclosed.
