Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure agreed to acquire an 80% majority stake in the 297–300 MW Sharp Hills onshore wind farm in southeastern Alberta from EDP Renewables Canada Ltd. for an estimated enterprise value of approximately C$0.6 billion; EDP Renewables Canada will retain a minority interest and continue to operate the project.
