CVC DIF has completed the acquisition from Grenergy of the Gabriela utility-scale hybrid solar PV and battery storage project in Northern Chile, comprising 272 MW of solar PV and 1,100 MWh of battery storage and backed by a 15-year USD-denominated inflation-indexed hybrid PPA.
