Deriva Energy acquired the 140-MW Spanish Peaks Solar project in Las Animas County, Colorado from JUWI Inc., will own and operate the plant and supply energy to Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association under a 19-year PPA, with JUWI serving as EPC and co-operator; construction began and commercial operation is expected in Q4 2024.
