Deutsche Telekom's T-Systems partners with SupplyOn to embed AI into European supply chains
Type: Partnership · Technology: Data Center · Country: Germany · Announced: 2026-06-19
Deutsche Telekom’s enterprise services division T‑Systems and supply‑chain platform provider SupplyOn announced a partnership to embed artificial‑intelligence capabilities into European supply‑chain operations on 19 June 2026. The collaboration will connect SupplyOn’s platform to the T‑Systems Industrial AI Cloud, allowing AI‑driven automation of procurement, logistics and supplier‑management processes while keeping data under European sovereign control. All AI processing will be hosted in DT’s Munich‑based AI datacentre, providing a secure, data‑protected environment for the new AI‑native sourcing service that will support supplier selection, bid evaluation and purchasing decisions. SupplyOn’s network spans roughly 140,000 companies across more than 100 countries, and the partnership aims to accelerate decision‑making for manufacturers facing rising regulatory and geopolitical risks. By leveraging DT’s sovereign digital infrastructure, the two firms seek to offer a secure alternative to non‑European cloud providers and reduce dependency on external platforms. The agreement was disclosed on 19 June 2026 and does not disclose any financial terms.
