DRI signs largest ever physical solar offtake agreement in Romania with OMV Petrom S.A.

DRI (the EU renewables arm of DTEK) signed an 8.5-year physical solar power purchase agreement package with OMV Petrom S.A. for approximately 100 GWh/year, covering 62% of output from Glodeni I & II (113 MWp combined) from Jan 2026 and 50% of Vacaresti (126 MWp) from Jan 2027.
