Druid Software, a Dublin-based company specializing in private 5G core products, announced its acquisition of Node-H, a Munich-based firm. This acquisition is intended to provide Druid with expertise in the radio access network (RAN) area, which was previously missing from its offerings. The integration of Node-H's RAN capabilities will allow Druid to offer a more end-to-end experience for private network customers. The deal will increase Druid's workforce from approximately 100 to 120 people, as the company continues to expand its global presence in North America, Europe, and Asia.
