EDF Power Solutions Canada, in partnership with Hydro-Québec and the Alliance de l’énergie de l’Est, reached financial close on the 274 MW Madawaska Wind Project in Bas-Saint-Laurent, Quebec, with a financing package organized by CIBC, National Bank of Canada, Desjardins Group and KfW IPEX-Bank and a long-term PPA into Hydro-Québec’s grid.
