Edged, through its affiliate CDE Acquisitions LLC and parent company Endeavour, plans to develop Project Atlas, a 725MW data center campus in South Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. The project will occupy 1.5 million square feet across three buildings on 410 acres of previously undeveloped farmland at 2493 N. Cedar Crest Boulevard, adjacent to a local high school. Edged committed to funding all power and infrastructure upgrades required for the campus, scaling back from an initial plan of six buildings totaling 5.1 million square feet. The company also pledged to dedicate 160 acres to the Jordan Creek Greenway as part of the development. Jeras Corp., the local real estate firm owning the land, has already zoned the site for industrial use.
