EdgeMode signs deal with Spark AI Foundry for planned 300MW IT data center campus in Toledo

EdgeMode has entered into a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) with Spark AI Foundry Holdings LLC for its planned 300MW IT data center campus in the Municipality of Mora in Toledo, Spain. Upon reaching Ready-to-Build status, Spark AI will acquire 100 percent of the share capital of DC Estate Malpica, S.L, the legal owner of the Malpica project. The 105-hectare project is scheduled to reach Ready-to-Build status by Q4 2026 or Q1 2027. The deal is valued at €1 million per megawatt of IT capacity, suggesting a total price tag of €300 million. The site could potentially develop up to 60MW of on-site rooftop solar generation, but will primarily rely on a natural gas pipeline for power.
