EDP, through its 71.3% owned subsidiary EDP Renováveis (EDPR), signed a sale and purchase agreement to sell a 100% equity stake in a 190 MWac (229 MWdc) portfolio of five operating solar projects in Spain to Prosolia Energy for an enterprise value of €0.16 billion.
