Electric Power Development Co (J-Power) signed a 20-year virtual Power Purchase Agreement with KDDI to support construction of the 51.5MW Kaminokuni No.3 onshore wind farm in Kaminokuni-cho, Hokkaido, with operations expected in September 2028 and KDDI receiving the environmental attributes via non-fossil certificates.
