Spanish battery manufacturer Endurance Motive secured a €1,065,574.46 (approximately $1.24 million) supply contract with Mexican solar developer Solar180 to deliver a 10 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) for critical infrastructure at key sites owned by one of Mexico's leading financial groups. Under the agreement, Endurance Motive will supply battery packs and power distribution and management units (PDMU) from its Valencia plant, with delivery scheduled for August 2026. Solar180 will handle the integration and installation of the BESS systems at the financial group's facilities. The project represents Endurance Motive's first material international order for stationary battery storage products, marking a strategic expansion beyond its core markets. Solar180, founded in 2017 by professionals with over 20 years of international solar energy experience, will deploy the BESS to support grid reliability and mitigate electricity tariff impacts for the financial institution's critical operations.
