Enel acquires 84 MW operational wind farm in Italy from WEB Windenergie AG for €145 million

Enel, through its subsidiary Enel Green Power Italia, acquired an 84 MW operational wind farm in Italy from WEB Windenergie AG for an enterprise value of approximately €145 million. The acquisition involved 100% of Campo Eolico Ariano (CEA), the owner and operator of the wind farm located in the Campania region. The project has an average annual electricity generation of approximately 0.2 TWh and is expected to contribute around €16 million of ordinary EBITDA annually. This transaction aligns with the Enel Group’s strategy to accelerate growth of its renewable generation capacity through the acquisition of operational assets in Tier 1 countries.
