Enviromena acquires 26.37 MWp Duxhurst Solar Farm from Luminous Energy

Enviromena acquired the 26.37 MWp Duxhurst Solar Farm near Reigate in Surrey, UK, from Luminous Energy. The farm, which secured a Contract for Difference in Allocation Round 6, is expected to generate over 26,500 MWh of electricity annually, enough for roughly 9,800 homes. The project is slated to be energised in summer 2027 and joins Enviromena’s existing pipeline of CfD‑backed solar assets such as Rock Farm, Steeraway and Longpasture. The acquisition expands Enviromena’s portfolio toward its goal of delivering a 1 GW solar pipeline over the next five years. The transaction was announced on 23 June 2026 and underscores Enviromena’s disciplined growth strategy in the UK renewable market.
