Envision Energy and Pulse Clean Energy formed a partnership to deliver a 129 MW / 310 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Wolverhampton, UK. The project will deploy Envision’s Future Energy Systems platform, initially designed as a two-hour battery system but optimized to provide 2.4 hours of storage duration. Pulse Clean Energy’s project aims to strengthen grid resilience and support the UK’s clean energy goals by balancing supply and demand and improving grid security.
