Envision Energy to supply 200 MW of wind turbines for REE Energy's Phu Cuong 1A and 1B project in Vietnam

Envision Energy secured an order from REE Energy to supply 25 Envision EN-226/8.X YE wind turbines for the 200 MW Phu Cuong 1A and 1B nearshore wind project in Vietnam. Deliveries for the turbines are scheduled to commence in Q2 2027, with the project targeting grid connection by October 2027. This agreement marks the second collaboration between Envision Energy and REE Energy, following their work on the 128 MW Vinh Long wind projects, where turbine deliveries are currently underway. The Phu Cuong project aims to demonstrate how locally adapted technology and reliable execution can deliver enduring value for nearshore wind development in Vietnam. Edward Hou, Senior Vice President at Envision Energy, emphasized the project's role in advancing Envision's Future Energy System across Southeast Asia, integrating intelligent renewable generation and energy storage.
