EOS Investment Management Group and Capital Dynamics have completed the sale of a six-plant, 194 MW peak utility-scale solar power portfolio located in Lazio, Italy. Four of the solar power plants are operational, and one is in the process of being connected to the grid. This transaction is part of Capital Dynamics’ Clean Energy platform’s active portfolio management strategy and EOS IM’s Infrastructure strategy. The sale aims to capitalize on favorable market conditions to create value and optimize investor returns. The portfolio contributes to renewable energy production, supporting the energy transition and reducing carbon-dioxide emissions.
