Equitix sells minority stake in Enersol solar portfolio to Velto Renewables

Equitix agreed to sell its minority stake in the Enersol solar portfolio to Velto Renewables. The Enersol portfolio consists of nine operational solar PV projects in Andalucía with a combined installed capacity of 45 MWp. The assets generate long‑term regulated revenues under Spain’s renewable energy framework. The transaction expands Velto Renewables’ operating portfolio in Spain to around 500 MW, reinforcing its long‑term renewable platform. La Caisse, the backer of Velto Renewables, is identified as the parent company supporting the acquisition. The deal is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
